Manchester Literature Festival 2008 took place between 16th and 26th October and featured over 120 writers from as far afield as North Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States. You can read reviews of what took place on our Festival Blog and at CityLife.co.uk

Although the main festival is over, MLF is still engaged in a number of exciting projects, including the Big Science Read and the festival-launched Rainy City Stories online publication which features work from some of the city's most exciting literary talents.
