Buddhist Poets

Start your weekend in the calm setting of the Manchester Buddhist Centre with some spiritually inspired poetry. Grevel Lindop has published six collections of poems, including Selected Poems and Playing With Fire. Touching the Earth is his poem-in-progress on the life of the Buddha. Linda Chase has published two collections of poetry, The Wedding Spy and Extended Family with Carcanet, and is the director of Poets & Players. Vishvantara Julia Lewis is a seasoned performer of her work and teaches meditation and Buddhism at the London Buddhist Centre. Stephen Parr has published a number of collections including North of the Future and is the founder and co-leader of Wolf at the Door writing courses.
