Visual artist Tamzin Forster compiled a catalogue of found words from street and shop signs, whose job it is to direct, advertise, inform or warn. Her photographs, transforming the banal to the beautiful, were then composed by the poet Suzanne Batty to form a poetic narrative running along the first floor corridor of Central Library. It was an opportunity to rediscover our urban landscape in this spiritually reaffirming exhibition.
